HOW DO YOU FIND YOUR GOODS?We regularly explore auctions, estate sales and private collections around the world, where we hand pick timeless bags, jewelry and accessories. We also accept consignment pieces from customers.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?Yes.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?We offer some of the lowest international shipping rates available, all fully insured and traceable.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover), bank transfers and PayPal.
HOW FAST CAN I GET MY ORDER?All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Typically it only takes 1-3 business days for deliveries within Scandinavia, 3-5 business days within EU and 7 business days if you are located somewhere else in the world. All delivery times are estimates.
WILL THERE BE EXTRA TAXES OR IMPORT FEES ADDED TO MY ORDER?As we are is located within the EU there are no added taxes or VAT for customers with address within the EU.
People living outside of the EU should be aware of additional local taxes and/or custom charges.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?Upon completion of your order you will receive an email with an order confirmation containing all relevant details. If you notice anything not being as it should, please notify us immediately so that we can correct the error if your order hasn't already shipped.
N.B. Please note that once an order has been shipped we cannot change it.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?Yes. To make a return you will have to contact us within five (5) days. Returns must be submitted within fourteen (14) days after the point of receiving. Returned item(s) must be received by us no later than 7 days after you have sent them. All item(s) must be returned in the condition it/they was/were originally shipped, with all tags and papers attached and intact.
N.B. We do not accept exchanges. Goods cannot be exchanged for others, instead you will need to return your order and place a new one. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping costs related to a return.
