All goods are shipped insured with Posten AB (Sweden) which is both reliable and inexpensive.
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Parcels are usually delivered within a few days (please note that we do not ship during weekends and/or holidays). All delivery times are estimated. TBPB cannot be held responsible for late arrivals, caused by the shipping agency and/or other external influences.
N.B. Some orders may require a signature upon receipt.
Naturally we insure all packages to their full value and assume full responsibility of the packages until they are delivered to you.

TAXES & DUTIES
Within EU: THEBROWNPAPERBAG.NET's prices include all applicable EU taxes and VAT. This means that our EU customers have no need to worry about additional costs related to receiving their goods.
Outside EU: If you are located outside of the EU you are responsible for applicable taxes and/or customs charges in your country. TBPB assumes no responsibility for added charges and fees. For further information, please contact your local tax office before making a purchase.
RETURNSRETURNS A (change of mind)
TBPB offers a 14-day return service, beginning the day the package is delivered to you.
To initiate the return process, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your goods. Below you'll find a step by step guide to returning an item:
Step 1: Contact us regarding your return and we will provide you with our return address.
Step 2: Return your unwanted item(s) with the original attachments, using your preferred shipping method (we recommend that you insure the package)
Step 3: As soon as we have received the item(s) back in the condition it/they was/were originally shipped, we will issue you a full refund for the item(s) excluding any shipping costs.
N.B. (a) To make a return; all tags MUST still be attached to the item(s) - items returned without the tag attached in reasonable condition will not be refunded and the customer will stand for all related shipping expenses. Please note that in case the tag has been removed and a refund has been approved anyway; payment will be offered as a store credit. (b) Please allow seven (7) business days for the refund to be processed. (c) Any associated shipping costs or fees are non-refundable. (d) Returns must be shipped from you within fourteen (14) days of you receiving the goods. (e) The item(s) must be delivered to us no later than seven (7) days after you have made the shipment. (f) Returned items will be compared to original photos taken of the item before initial delivery to you.
RETURNS B (something is wrong)
In the unlikely event that that you suspect the item(s) has been damaged during transit, you by mistake receive the wrong item(s) or you find that the item(s) has been grossly misrepresented - please contact us immediately. If any of the above is justified, we will respond by guiding you through the exchange process and, for any of the reasons stated above, issue a full refund including your related shipping expenses.
When contacting us; please provide as many details as possible (photos may be requested) to ensure a fast solution.
Products cannot be exchanged for others, instead you will need to return your order and place a new one.
N.B. The buyer is fully and solely responsible for any/all items from the point of receiving. If a refund has been approved, the buyer will obtain full responsibility of returning the item(s) in due time (14 days from receiving). We recommend that you always insure all packages, as TBPB will not take any responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged.
PACKAGES THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP
If the package has not been picked up from the local post office in due time (according to local regulations) and the package is therefore returned to us, the buyer will be held responsible for all related fees. Any package(s) that has/have not been picked up from the post office will not be regarded as returned item(s).
